I have created a website which will have beginners level chi kung, tai chi and acutouch in it. Right now the only section which I have had a chance to develop it the chi kung section. It is full of stretches. I will be introducing some more specific energy exercises in the future. But the exercises in the chi kung section are a great start for beginners and those who already practice. Go to www.smilingchi.com

I took a quick look at your website. Your website is lovely. I hope to do something similar. I want to report however that the exercise called "Ankle Knee" is one I've practiced in the past with horrible consequences. I ended up with painful damage to the knee joints. If you speak with a physical therapist or anyone trained in anatomy, they will tell you that the knee is a hinge joint. Hinges, like those on doors, are not designed to go in circles. If you move them in circles, they will get loose, which is bad for a hinge joint. Cartilage in the knee can be damaged, which is what happened to me. So I guess I just want to say from personal experience, just because an exercise is traditional, doesn't mean it is good for you. This is one in particular that I would strongly advice against.
